- HOW MUCH SHIPPING COST IS?
For all orders, shipping cost within the CEE is about Euro 11,40 for 5 kg maximum - from 6 to 10 kg is Euros 13,20 - from 11 to 25 kg is Euros 19,20 - beyond is Euros 36,00: these prices are VAT included.
Shipping costs increase if destination is towards Minor Islands and Uncomfortable Locations: in this case please add ¤ 6 to the total due.
To Livigno and Campione D'Italia, that are free zones, there is also a custom fee of 35 Euros + VAT for Livigno and 60 Euros + VAT for Campione D'Italia.
Note: if you need shipment upon appointment, please consider an extra charge of ¤ 3.5 in the total amount.

- HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
We generally dispatch goods in the working day after the placing of the order and getting the payment. There could be some delay linked to the finding of the goods, so the dispatch could be postponed, from 3 to 15/20 days, depending on how long the supplier takes to send us the goods. Generally delivery times are those estimated by our courier Bartolini: from 48 to 72 hours.

- WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier should live a card explaining where the parcel is and how to get in touch with them in order to arrange another delivery.
In order to avoid problems with the delivery, it is very important, when making the order, to "well" specify a telephone number and an exact indication of the name/number on the entrance phone or other.

- IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, WHAT CAN I DO?
You can exercise the Return and Refund Right in accordance with the law in force. Within 8 days after the delivery, you have to communicate to Borsevaligie.com the will to withdraw from your purchase. Within 10 days you should send back the goods, in its' original condition unused with all the packaging and tags intact, through a recorded method of carriage. Then you can choose either to replace your purchase or to be refunded. Within that date the customer has to send written and signed communication through a letter sent by recorded delivery to the following address: To the kind attention of Internet Dep. of Borsevaligie.com c/o Menini Import Export Srl - Via Confalonieri, 9 - Meda (MI). This letter could also be sent via fax to this number +39-0362-340410.
