• Menini Import export S.r.l. 's clients can have access to our website and approach any information without being registered.
  
• The credit card details, to be inserted after the confirmation order, are treated safely only by the  Banca Popolare di Sondrio for those aims: completion and contribution to the access; performance of the transaction; respect for the law; operative and managerial exigencies.
  
• Menini Import export S.r.l. does not utilize tracing methods of navigation of the web users (cookies).

MENINI IMPORT EXPORT S.r.l. processes the personal details you supply by e-mail or via webform (order).
These processing operations are necessary in order to fulfill requests, respond to comments and for all business, fiscal, administrative and informative purposes relevant to the services we provide.

The order details (name, firm's name, address, location, province, country, e-mail address, fiscal code/ VAT registration number, telephone number) will be used exclusively for the order's management, the shipping and the invoice preparation.
Those details will never be made over to third persons or utilized to mail send you advertising material.

·         Rights of the data subject

As the data subject, you have the right - in accordance with the art.7 of D.Lgs n°196/03 - to request the cancellation, updating, correction and integration of the details we hold on you.
